Halliburton opens new facilities in Namibia

Halliburton has announced that it is opening new facilities in Namibia, highlighting the importance of the country’s growing oil and gas industry. The facilities, which will support the company’s in-country operations, are located in Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, and Lüderitz.

With a combined footprint of 20 000 m², the facilities create a strong presence in the region.

"These new facilities allow us to operate close to our customers, collaborate in real time, and deliver the advanced technologies and services that maximise asset value. We are proud to support Namibia’s oil and gas industry, contribute to the economic success of the country, and create opportunities for local people," said Antoine Berel, Vice President, Halliburton Sub-Saharan Africa (South).
