MagneGas® Corporation (MagneGas® or the company), a leading technology company that counts among its inventions a patented process that converts liquid waste into MagneGas® fuel, has announced that the company has signed an agreement to lease a building in central Florida to expand its gas distribution footprint.

Through this new location, the company will now be able to directly distribute MagneGas2® in areas not currently serviced and will expand revenue opportunities from industrial gas and welding supplies. This new location will expand MagneGas2® distribution into central Florida from Lakeland to Orlando to Cape Canaveral. MagneGas subsidiary, E.S.S.I., will provide the inventory, proprietary distributorships, accounting and billing management. In addition, this location will service the previously announced sub-contractor project at NASA.

"This is just one more step in our strategy to expand MagneGas2 sales and geographical footprint. Through this new location, we will be in a position to service customers previously not available to us. Some existing customers are now being serviced from our other locations, so this expansion will include more efficient delivery methods for those sales. In addition, we expect to be in a much better position to service our project at NASA," stated Ermanno Santilli, CEO of MagneGas Corporation.
