Hydrocarbon Engineering,

Automated Valve & Control (AVC) and Cameron are teaming up to bring quick-delivery, customised DYNATORQUE™ gears to the Gulf Coast and Western regions of the US. Both teams bring years of experience in the manual valve actuation industry to this initiative.

AVC

AVC has over 40 years of experience in valve technology and smart, efficient actuation solutions. They were among the first in the industry to combine the valve and actuator technical expertise necessary to produce customised and dependable automated valve packages. Providing mount-to-valve or manufacture-to-spec services, AVC is able to work with all valves and a wide portfolio of stocked automatic and manual actuation products. In-house engineering, cycle testing, machining and painting allow AVC to control for quality at all levels of the actuation process, which results in a product you can trust.

DYNATORQUE

US designed, engineered, manufactured and tested since 1973, Cameron’s DYNATORQUE brand delivers customer-focused solutions rapidly and economically. The product line is a single-source solution for: both standard and customised worm and bevel gears and automated valve accessories, including declutchable and non-declutchable manual overrides; the D-Stop™ automated valve partial stroke test device; the D-Lock™ automated valve locking device; spur and miter gears; handwheels; and ground position indicators. Attention to quality at every level of the manufacturing process helps ensure that Cameron’s DYNATORQUE products meet some of the highest expectations in the industry. From ISO certification, to rigorous standards for material sourcing, to precision engineering and modern manufacturing technologies, Cameron’s DYNATORQUE brand delivers trustworthy products.

The partnership

The first product line that AVC carried was the DYNATORQUE line; a partnership that began in 1978. Today, AVC continues this legacy with DYNATORQUE gears and accessories for quick-response  delivery of high-quality actuation solutions. A new joint initiative will allow AVC to provide complete and customised DYNATORQUE quarter-turn and bevel gear operators based on application-driven, customer requirements quickly and economically. Fast-turn availability of 1-3 days (or quicker, depending on customer needs) and standard orders shipping within 5 - 10 days. The combined strengths of AVC’s stocking, design and machining capabilities with DYNATORQUE’s quality engineering provides optimum value for manual valve actuation on both standard and custom mounting configurations.
