Joseph Petrowski joins VNG Advisory Board

VNG Co LLC has stated that Joseph Petrowski has joined the company's Board of Advisors.

"We welcome Joe in joining our esteemed group of advisors and are excited to bring his extensive experience and success to VNG as we continue to build our company," said Robert Friedman, COO of VNG. "As a highly regarded executive and thought leader throughout the retail motor fuel and convenience store industries, Joe is a great addition to the team and will be a tremendous help in achieving our objectives."

Presently, Mr. Petrowski is Chairman of Gulf Oil LP. He was previously CEO of Cumberland Farms Gulf Oil Group, President of Consolidated Natural Gas, a Fortune 500 company, and President of Louis Dreyfus Energy, North America.

Mr. Petrowski is also a Board Member of South Jersey Industries, the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA), a Council Member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Advisory Council, and a Trustee for Boston College High School and Trinity Catholic School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College.

"Natural gas is an exceptional transportation fuel from an economic and environmental perspective and as we build-up the fueling infrastructure we will keep America moving and environmentally sound," said Mr. Petrowski. "I am looking forward to helping VNG achieve a leadership position in this growth industry."
