VNG Co LLC has stated that Joseph Petrowski has joined the company's Board of Advisors.

"As a highly regarded executive and thought leader throughout the retail motor fuel and convenience store industries, Joe is a great addition to the team and will be a tremendous help in achieving our objectives."
Presently, Mr. Petrowski is Chairman of Gulf Oil LP. He was previously CEO of Cumberland Farms Gulf Oil Group, President of Consolidated Natural Gas, a Fortune 500 company, and President of Louis Dreyfus Energy, North America.
Mr. Petrowski is also a Board Member of South Jersey Industries, the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA), a Council Member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Advisory Council, and a Trustee for Boston College High School and Trinity Catholic School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College.
