Kerui Group ships first Chinese nitrogen generator to US

Kerui Group has announced it recently shipped its single skid-mounted 1200 Nm³/h membrane nitrogen generator to the US after a weeklong evaluation by the client. This is China's first membrane separation nitrogen generation system for oil stimulation to be exported to the US.

The membrane separation nitrogen generation system sold to the US client abandoned the traditional double truck-mounted or double skid-mounted design. It integrated the air compressor with the gas booster and used a high-output engine to drive continuous and efficient nitrogen injection, greatly cutting the operating cost and work space for the client, and making the operation easier and safer.

To meet the requirements of the client, Kerui Group customised the nitrogen generator in various aspects: the control interface provides several language options, including Chinese, English and Russian to guarantee a good user experience in multilingual scenarios.

After considering the work environment of the client, Kerui Group developed a heating upon power-up system for the three core components:

• The air compressor.
• The engine.
• The gas booster.

The company also improved the locking system of the shell door.

Kerui Group has become a leading provider of nitrogen injection technology for oil stimulation, nitrogen generation system manufacturing and nitrogen injection services, which take a 70% share in the Chinese market. The company regards the export of the nitrogen generator to the US as a good start and anticipates making the US a new market for China’s oil and gas equipment in future.
