Steelhead LNG appoints Chief Financial Advisor

Fox, who is the former head of BBVA Securities’ Project Finance North America business, will provide input and direction on Steelhead LNG’s project financing, contract structuring and risk mitigation strategies.

Fox said: “With its unique approach to First Nations relationships and its cost-saving At-Shore LNG project design, Steelhead LNG has positioned itself to become a successful exporter of LNG from British Columbia that is cost-competitive with the U.S. Gulf Coast projects […] I look forward to contributing my financial, commercial and legal experience as Steelhead LNG continues to move towards a projected 2019 FID.”

Prior to her role at BBVA Securities Inc., Kerri ran the global export and project finance business for Fortis Capital Corp. and held various roles in the Structured and Project Finance Group at Deutsche Bank.

Kerri currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alterra Power Corp. and TerraForm Power.
