Cowboy Midstream has announced the planned opening of its Ross Road Terminal – a crude oil truck offload facility in the Powder River Basin, US, that will be capable of offloading and shipping crude in volumes of up to 20 000 bpd.
Gasunie and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to take the project into a next phase and start the joint construction of the LNG terminal.
