Hydrocarbon Engineering,
Tank Storage Asia, one of the most important hubs for the Asian bulk liquid storage industry, will host over 60 of the sector’s most cutting-edge businesses when it returns to Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre on 25 and 26 September.
PT. Dover Chemical, Emerson and Matrix Applied Technologies are among the exhibitors due to attend the event.
PT. Dover Chemical will discuss the various carbon and stainless steel storage tanks it offers for hire - all of different sizes - to companies moving bulk liquids between ports.
Endress+Hauser SE + Co. KG will exhibit its inventory management solutions, including all relevant measuring technologies and software packages. The organisation will also showcase its tank gauging systems which monitor and control bulk liquids during their processing, transportation and storage.
Saval BV, the tank protection specialists, has manufactured a new gaseous fire protection system to extinguish rim seal fires. Visitors to Saval BV’s stand can experience the system’s rapid extinguishment using a new virtual reality tool. The organisation will also exhibit its SmartMix® and Turbinator. The SmartMix® accurately mixes foam concentrate and water based on the actual firewater demand of a developing fire. The Turbinator is a foam proportioning pump that can be installed directly into vertical or horizontal piping systems on storage tanks.
Concrete Canvas is exhibiting its Concrete Canvas® (CC) and Concrete Canvas HydroTM (CCH). The CC is used as an alternative to conventional concrete. It’s a flexible, concrete filled geotextile that hardens on hydration to form a thin, durable, environmentally friendly, waterproof and fire-resistant concrete layer. The CC is used in a wide range of applications, including channel lining, slope protection, bund lining, remediation and weed suppression. The CCH combines the concrete filled geotextile technology of the CC with a highly impermeable, chemically resistant geomembrane liner. The product was specifically developed for containment applications within the petrochemical and oil and gas industries, such as lagoon lining and tank base lining.
Also exhibiting at the event will be Wiese Europe. The provider of marine and land loading arms, safety systems – such as safety cages, folding stairs and loading platforms – bucket elevators and pigging systems, will launch its new product configurator at Tank Storage Asia 2019. This will make it possible for clients to visualise their requirement online after following a series of questions about the equipment they need.
Mark Rimmer, Tank Storage Portfolio Director, concludes: “Tank Storage Asia provides an excellent platform for key players within the Asian bulk liquid storage industry to showcase their latest innovations in product and service development. Senior-level buyers and decision-makers will attend the exhibition, providing plenty of opportunities to do business.”
