API comments on Secretary Granholm's confirmation to lead US Department of Energy

The American Petroleum Institute's President and CEO, Mike Sommers, has commented on the US Senate’s vote to confirm Secretary Granholm to lead the US Department of Energy:

We welcome the secretary’s recognition of the importance of technological advancement and US LNG exports in building on American energy progress and developing global climate solutions to achieve the ambitions of the Paris Agreement.
