Petrofac has announced the graduation of the first group of delegates from its training centre in Algeria.

A partnership with India would help Saudi Arabia, the world’s top oil exporter, find a stable outlet for its crude.

Representatives for large refiners, including Valero Energy Corp (VLO.N) and Marathon Petroleum Corp (MPC.N), have toured the refinery, according to sources.

The agreement has been signed with Meghmani Finechem Ltd, which will become the first company to manufacture epichlorohydrin in India with an expected plant start-up of 2021.
