Shell Midstream declares increase in quarterly distribution

Shell Midstream Partners L.P. announces that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution of US$0.333 per limited partner unit for 4Q17.
This represents an increase of 4.7% over the previous quarterly distribution of US$0.318 per unit and a 20% increase over the distribution paid with respect to 4Q16.
The distribution will be paid 14 February 2018 to unitholders of record as of 5 February 2018.
