Cryogenic Industries Service Companies (NCS) has entered into a collaboration agreement with Taikkiso Co. Ltd to become an ACD authorised sales and service agent for the Taiwan market.

IPCO has acquired Ingeniera de Procesos S.A. (IdP), a supplier of processing equipment and spare parts, primarily to the chemical and sulfur segments, in Spain.
