Strathklyde LLC acquires WB Construction LLC

Generational Equity has announced the acquisition of its client, WB Construction, LLC (WBC), headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, US, by Strathklyde LLC. The acquisition closed on 8 January 2016.
WB Construction LLC is a specialty industrial contractor, providing facilities and system upgrades to major petrochemical and natural gas processing sites, and other related industries. WBC is a certified ASME "R" Stamp vendor and an OSHA Star Site Contractor. The Company has worked on numerous upgrade/repair projects for high profile processing and storage plants.
Managing Director, Michael Goss, and his team, including Vice President Julie Sandoval and Generational Equity-affiliated partner Fred Phillips, of Transition Advisors Inc., led the Generational Equity deal team that advised WBC on the transaction.
