Saudi Aramco-Norinco project agreement signed
Saudi Aramco, China North Industries Corp. and Panjin Xincheng Industrial Group Co. Ltd recently signed the joint development agreement for the Saudi Aramco-Norinco Refining, Petrochemical and Retail Project.
