INEOS Energy to acquire oil and gas assets in US Gulf of Mexico
INEOS Energy has announced the acquisition of the Gulf of Mexico business held by CNOOC Energy Holdings U.S.A. Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of CNOOC International Ltd (CNOOC).
