CHS Inc. names new Vice President, Corporate Compliance

CHS Inc. has announced that John ‘Jack’ Lenzie will become its new Vice President, Corporate Compliance. Lenzi will join CHS from KPMG, New York City, where he currently works as Director in KPMG’s Fraud Risk Management Group. He will join the company on 28 September, and brings with him years of industry experience.

Jim Zappa, Executive Vice President and general counsel for CHS, commented: “Jack brings very deep experience working in and leading corporate compliance and ethics departments. His professional experiences, leadership involvement in the ethics profession, and his personal philosophy on the role of ethics in business success, places Jack in a solid position to continue leading the CHS Compliance Department to greater success."

Lenzi began his career as a government affairs professional with the National Rifle Association and has been very active in the ethics and compliance profession, including serving on the board of directors of the Ethics and Compliance Initiative (formerly the ECOA).
