New appointment at Baker Botts

Baker Botts L.L.P. has announced that Mark R. Spivak has joined the firm’s Global Projects Practice.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Mr Spivak was the Co-Chair of the Project Development and Finance Practice at Vinson & Elkins.
