MOL Group launches student competition Freshhh 2015

MOL Group, a leading international oil & gas company, has called for applications of three-member teams for its 9th international online student competition, Freshhh. International teams from all around the world can join the online competition – www.freshhh.net – to prove themselves in oil and gas industry related tasks, developed by MOL Group. The top five teams will get the opportunity to join MOL Group’s graduate program Growww, and win a total of €25 000.

“We have been excited to develop the 9th Freshhh competition based on earlier years’ feedbacks and experiences of participants. The campaign motto “Play hard. Work hard.” is in line with our objective to give qualified and ambitious top talents the opportunity to work on real-life cases of our industry in the setting of an online competition. Students of the top five teams will also get the chance to join MOL Group as interns or Growwwers”, said Zdravka Demeter Bubalo, HR Vice President of MOL Group.

MOL Group’s program Freshhh is in line with the corporate strategy: MOL Group attracts top talents through its innovative, award-winning talent acquisition programs. During the Freshhh competition students will face various challenges: they have to build up a new oil corporation from the beginning and make decisions on research and development projects to find rich reservoirs, build a refinery for different products and find the best product portfolio to make profit. The Freshhh competition consists of three rounds; the top five teams will enter the Live Final in Budapest on May 28th and get the opportunity to start their international career journey at MOL Group.

The top five teams receive the chance to start their career as Growwwers at MOL Group. The Growww program offers graduates and young professionals more than 200 Growww positions varying from engineering, economics, IT, natural sciences, and social sciences on the group-level in 12 countries. Graduates and young professionals can apply from March 4th to kick-start their career internationally in the oil and gas industry.

Students from all around the world can apply for the Freshhh competition online www.freshhh.net from today until April 3rd, 2015. In the past 8 years more than 10 000 students participated at the online competition from around 70 countries.
