Clemessy acquires Meci

Published by , Digital Assistant Editor
Hydrocarbon Engineering,

Clemessy has recently taken over Meci, a company specialising in the transactional metering of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons for the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors.

This acquisition enables the Clemessy group to strengthen its presence on the oil and gas market. With 10% of its turnover, the group is particularly active on this segment through its subsidiary Secauto, industrialist analysis specialists.

Major synergies have been identified between these specialists, Secauto and Meci, in particular in the sector of large offshore projects and the fields of metrology and instrumentation in France and abroad.
