Borouge Group International AG has announced that it has delivered the first batch of materials from its new Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) plant in the UAE to customers in the region.
Following the licence agreement signed between S-Oil and Axens in late 2024 for Axens’ Liquid Phase Xylene Isomerization (LPI) technology, the project has now reached final investment decision.
