AB Klaipedos nafta and Verum Plus sign contract

The Lithuanian company, AB Klaipedos nafta, and the Swiss-registered company, Verum Plus AG, have signed a long term trans-shipment contract to provide dark oil products services in AB Klaipedos nafta terminal. SC Klaipedos Nafta is one of the most modern terminals in Europe, the experts of BP have verified its strict adherence to the standards stipulated by the European Union, including positive reports of work force safety, environmental protection and fire prevention every year since 2001.
The terms of the contract extend until 31 December 2016, with an option to extend it for another year. This contract will guarantee an additional volume of dark petroleum products from Belarus Republic refineries.
The conclusion of the contract has been wholly approved by the board of the company, as stipulated in the Articles of Association of AB Klaipedos nafta.
