Rocky Mountain Industrial Services joins Envirosystems

Envirosystems Incorporated has acquired Rocky Mountain Industrial Services (RMIS) based in Denver, Colorado. RMIS is a full service, safety driven, chemical cleaning company that provides proprietary chemical cleaning processes, consulting, and analytical services to customers in the power generation, cogeneration, mining, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and pharmaceutical industries.

Headquartered in Fridley, MN, in the US, and Dartmouth, NS, in Canada, Envirosystems is one of the fastest growing industrial services organisations in North America with over 1000 employees in more than 40 locations throughout Canada and the US.

Envirosystems President and CEO, Mike Ryan, stated, "This addition clearly makes us the fastest growing chemical cleaning business in North America."
