VIDEO: ProSoft showcases new migration solution

ProSoft Technology, a leading industrial communications company, has released a video focusing on its innovative new product, the Ethernet to Belden® 9463 Blue Hose® Industrial Media Converter.

This device gives companies the option to upgrade their Allen-Bradley® Remote I/O™ systems with minimised downtime. This is accomplished using patented technology that enables companies to run Remote I/O™ and EtherNet/IP™ data at the same time on existing Blue Hose cable. Doing so allows companies to upgrade individual nodes at a pace of their choosing.

The video, titled “EtherNet/IP™ over Blue Hose Industrial Media Converter,” explores the migration solutions that ProSoft offers, including the converter. Companies are free to upgrade their systems gradually or all at once, depending on their needs and situation.
