Hydrocarbon Engineering,
OOO LUKOIL-Komi has commissioned a gas compressor station (GCS) at the Kharyaginskoye field of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
The new GCS receives the associated petroleum gas (APG) from three major fields of the Timan-Pechora oil and gas province, namely, Kharyaginskoye, Yuzhno-Shapkinskoye and Inzyreyskoye fields. Due to station commissioning, gas from the above fields is transported to the consumers thus ensuring fulfillment of the RF Government Decree aimed at achievement of the 95% APG utilisation ratio.
GCS capacity is 300 million m3/yr. The gas compressor station comprises two compressor blocks with a gas turbine drive, a dehydration unit and other supporting equipment to ensure its efficient operation.
The GCS was constructed as part of the Associated Petroleum Gas Efficient Utilisation Programme for the LUKOIL Group Organisations.
