Honeywell
Honeywell has been selected by Transport for London to provide its Fusion4 technology to allow biofuels used in London buses to be blended directly at London bus depots, rather than the previous method of mixing with standard diesel at refineries in Scotland and transported to the capital. The solution is currently being piloted at the Barking bus depot.

The new blending capability will reduce the number of fuel delivery vehicles needed to supply biodiesel to the London buses. Road vehicles account for approximately 80% of transport related CO2 emissions in London, and with more than 2 billion passenger journeys a year, London’s bus network is one of the busiest in the world.
