Duke Energy has announced it has completed the sale of its international businesses in Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, El Salvador and Argentina.

Total has announced it will make a US$207 million investment in Tellurian in order to develop an integrated gas project.

Linde and Praxair have announced their intention to merge, retaining the Linde name.
