Mobideo appoints Senior Vice President

Mobideo has announced that Greg Alvarado has joined the company as Senior Vice President in charge of Process Industries.

In addition, Mobideo is opening an office in Houston to spearhead its national support of process industries, especially in oil and gas and petrochemicals.

New appointment

Greg Alvarado, with nearly 40 years of experience, focuses on the challenges and solutions for risk management, reliability and safety of process equipment in the oil and gas and petrochemicals industries. He is at the forefront of best practices, codes and standards related to successful management of assets and equipment lifecycles. Greg is an active member for 38 years of the American Petroleum Institute's Subcommittee on Inspection, which develops new inspection and related risk-codes, standards and best practices utilised in global oil, gas and petrochemical industries. He is also a former NACE member and task group chairman. Most recently, Greg served as Vice President of Sales and Client Services and board member of The Equity Engineering Group, Inc. and Managing Director of Equity Engineering Middle East, LTD.
