Meritus Gas Partners has entered into a partnership with Global Calibration Gases – an independent manufacturer and distributor of specialty gases that are supplied to a number of industries, including petrochemical and natural gas plants, and petroleum refineries.
Wärtsilä has been contracted to extend the capacity of the regasification system installed onboard the LNG Croatia. The FSRU acts as the company’s LNG terminal on Krk island.
In 2022, global trade in LNG increased by 2.6 billion cubic feet per day, or 5% compared with 2021, and averaged 51.7 billion cubic feet per day, according to data from CEDIGAZ.
