Axens’ scope of work included license, optimisation studies, basic process engineering and consulting services during the EPC phase for a complex of seven process units and their interconnections. The HDT complex incorporates: a diesel hydrotreater, a gasoline hydrotreater, a sulfur recovery unit, a tail gas treatment unit, a new amine regeneration unit, a new sour water stripping unit and a new hydrogen production unit.
