Unit Corporation announces new Director

Unit Corporation, a diversified energy company, has announced that Carla S. Mashinski has been elected as the company’s new Director.
Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, John Nikkel, said: “We believe that Ms. Mashinski’s expertise will be a significant asset to Unit. Her longtime financial and operational experience and practical guidance will be of significant value to our company. We look forward to her presence and contribution to the our Board.”
Ms. Mashinski is currently Chief Financial Officer of Cameron LNG, and previously worked for SASOL, as such she brings with her over 30 years of experience.
