Burckhardt Compression strengthens its presence in Thailand

After four years of successful cooperation as an authorised service partner of Burckhardt Compression, SPAN Maintenance and Service Co. Ltd. in Thailand will be incorporated into the newly-established subsidiary Burckhardt Compression (Thailand) Co. Ltd. as of 1 April 2023.
All business that was handled by SPAN Maintenance and Service Co., Ltd. will be handed over, and the related customers will be served by Burckhardt Compression (Thailand) Co. Ltd. in the future.
By taking over some of SPAN's assets and about two dozen employees, Burckhardt Compression further strengthens its presence in Thailand and in Southeast Asia to optimally serve its customers in the region. SPAN Maintenance and Service Co., Ltd. has been servicing customers in Thailand since 2015 for the maintenance of various rotating equipment, especially reciprocating compressors.
The cooperation between Burckhardt Compression and SPAN Maintenance and Service Co., Ltd has been in place since 2018, focusing on reciprocating compressor valve refurbishment and manpower for site compressor maintenance and new compressor installation and commissioning.
