NPRA opens Q&A panelist nominations
The National Petrochemical and Refiners Association has announced that it is now accepting nominations for Q&A panelists for the 2011 NPRA Q&A and Technology Forum, held between October 9 -12 in San Antonio, Texas.
The association is encouraging various company employees to nominate coworkers for this assignment. The opportunity is perceived as an excellent way to recognise and reward technical achievement with a particular organisation and to enhance an organisation’s image within the industry. It is also seen as an invaluable learning experience for the panelist, who will work with other acknowledged experts while planning and preparing for the meeting.
A person may be nominated for one or more of the following Q&A sessions to be entered in the ‘title’ section of the online nomination form:
- Crude/vacuum distillation & coking
- FCC
- Gasoline processing
- Hydroprocessing
Nominations and recommendations, which should include a brief description of the nominee's experience (in the abstract section) of the NPRA online Q&A Panel Nomination Form, will be accepted until June 6, 2011. The nominator’s contact information should also be entered in the ‘your information’ section as applicable.
Q&A panelists must be available for the screening meeting, held on June 22 and 23, 2011.
