• Labour income is supported by US$ 19.5 billion/y from the oil and gas sector.
• The annual average income in Pennsylvania is US$ 48 785, or US$ 78 898 if working in the oil and gas sector.
• Overall the industry supports US$ 34.7 billion of the state’s economy, equivalent to 5.8% of its total economy.
• In the US rankings, Pennsylvania is the 19th largest oil producer and 3rd largest natural gas producer.

Rhode Island
