Earl Mitchell joins CH2M

CH2M has announced that Earl Mitchell has joined the company as president of its Oil, Gas & Chemicals Business Group.

Mitchell will be responsible for overall operations, project delivery and profitability for the Oil, Gas & Chemicals Business Group. The group provides project and operations services that span the entire energy value chain, including upstream and midstream oil and gas, refining, chemicals and petrochemicals, pipelines and terminals.

Working both for engineering and construction contractors, his experience spans the upstream, midstream and industrial markets. He has worked in capacities ranging from engineering, construction, program management, and business development, to operations and executive management including the full scope of possible services from concept development through installation and operations. Mitchell’s international experience includes managing several thousand union and non-union field maintenance personnel performing routine maintenance as well as large turnarounds where he was responsible for module and pipe fabrication shops supporting plant operations.

Mitchell will be located in CH2M‘s Houston office.
