Chimbusco conducts largest biofuel delivery in Hong Kong and China

Chimbusco Pan Nation (CPN) has completed the largest single B24 biofuel delivery in Hong Kong, supplying 5500 t of B24-LSFO to the vessel Xin Los Angeles on 19 February 2025. This is also the largest biofuel delivery amongst all Chinese ports.
This milestone highlights our logistics expertise and supply chain management capabilities, reaffirming our position as a leading biofuel supplier in the Greater China region. The ability to provide stable and efficient B24 biofuel supplies remains the key to our success as we support the shipping industry's transition toward cleaner energy solutions.
As the demand for sustainable marine fuel continues to grow, CPN remains committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and certified biofuels to meet the needs of global shipping players. This latest achievement demonstrates our dedication to driving innovation and decarbonisation in the maritime sector.
Since 2021, CPN has established a dedicated taskforce to conduct research on alternative fuels, including marine biofuel, which aimed at contributing to a more sustainable shipping industry. In 2024, CPN supplied more than 44 000 t of Biofuels in Hong Kong, which accounted for more than 96% market share.
