Zachry Group acquires Ambitech

Zachry Group has announced that it has acquired Ambitech Engineering Corp.

Ambitech is a global, full-service provider of engineering, design, project management, procurement and construction management services. The primary industry segments served by the company include refining, petrochemicals, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, and consumer products.

Allan Koenig, Founder and CEO of Ambitech Engineering Corp., said: “I am very excited about this opportunity, because the combined capabilities of Zachry and Ambitech will create a unique, highly-capable organisation, which will benefit and generate significant value for our employees and our customers.”

Zachry Group believes that the addition of the Ambitech team will enhance its ability to provide high-quality, full-service support to customers through Zachry’s principal business lines, including engineering, construction, maintenance, turnarounds and specialty services across North America.
