Lukoil sells petrochemical plant

Lukoil has announced that it has sold Lukoil Chemical B.V.
In a short statement released on its website, the Russian oil company confirmed that it has completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, which is based in the Netherlands.
Lukoil Chemical B.V. owns the Karpatneftekhim petrochemical plant, which is located in Ivano-Frankovsk area of Ukraine.
