Allied Biofuels sign PDA for SAF production in Uzbekistan

Allied Biofuels have announced the the signing of a landmark Project Development Agreement (PDA) to advance sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production in Uzbekistan.

This milestone underscores the company's commitment to developing innovative clean energy solutions in key emerging markets and driving tangible progress toward achieving global net zero goals.

This agreement was formalised with His Excellency Laziz Shavkatovich Kudratov, Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with Alfred Benedict, Chairman of Allied Green Ammonia. It represents a significant step in positioning Uzbekistan as a regional hub for low-carbon aviation fuels.

Through this collaboration, Allied aim to accelerate sustainable energy innovation, support Uzbekistan’s ambitious green growth agenda, and deliver an SAF project that serves the evolving needs of the global aviation industry. Allied Biofuels look forward to working closely with all stakeholders to create a lasting climate and economic impact across Central Asia.
