India’s MRPL wins Best Exporter Award

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) received the Best Exporter Award for 2013 - 2014 from the Federation Of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI) at the State Export Excellence Awards, held on 18 March 2015 at Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru, India. MRPL came top in the Medium/Large category, recording Rs.35,392 crore worth of exports for the 2013 - 2014 period.

The award, presented by Shri Siddaramiah, Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka, was received by Shri Vijay G Joshi, Director of Refinery at MRPL, and Shri Vijay Bhatnagar, GGM (Mktg), MRPL. This marks the fifth consecutive time that the company has won the award, having been presented with it in 2009 - 2010, 2010 - 2011, 2011 - 2012 and 2012 - 2013.
