Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC (Empire) has announced that it successfully acquired the wholesale distribution rights of Keeman Petroleum Company, Inc. (Keeman), a Valdosta, Georgia-based distributor that supplies branded fuel to gas stations primarily in the southern Georgia and Florida markets. The addition of these Keeman accounts strengthens Empire's regional footprint in South Georgia and increases Empire's existing partnerships with Citgo and Chevron.

"Empire is pleased to add the dealer network from Keeman to its existing distribution network in Georgia and northern Florida. Empire currently has an extensive distribution network in central and northern Georgia and this acquisition provides an excellent footprint for growth in the southern part of the state," said Michael O'Brien, Empire's Vice President of Mergers and Acquisition. "In addition, Keeman strengthens our brand relationship with two of our key partners in Citgo and Chevron." O'Brien added, "Keeman Petroleum is well known distributor in south Georgia and Empire welcomes the dealer portfolio into the Empire family."
