How to optimise risk-based inspection (RBI) programmes with expert testing location identification, advanced non-destructive testing (ANDT) and non-intrusive inspection (NII) solutions

Did you know that piping corrosivity distribution can be defined by just three simple terms that can help you optimise your inspection programme?

Corroding. Low-corroding. Non-corroding.

These three terms can have a major impact on the operational output at your process facility. By pinpointing piping distribution by corrosivity, inspectors can focus their inspection spend and effort on the most highly corrosive areas, all while helping to reduce the amount of condition monitoring locations (CMLs) required on low- or non-corroding piping circuits.

Be sure to tune in on Thursday 25 June 2020 when MISTRAS experts help you plot the course for an effective inspection plan.

While risk-based inspection (RBI) is effective to help plan inspection schedules, alone it often only recommends traditional non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and can be silent on the specifics of where to focus inspection. With consideration of expert support for testing location identification, advanced NDT solutions selected for the damage mechanisms of concern and non-intrusive inspections (NII) can tune up any inspection programme, RBI-based or otherwise.

During this live web event, MISTRAS experts will outline a comprehensive inspection plan that includes a wide range of features and benefits, including:

  • Reduction of safety hazards
  • Efficient inspection strategies
  • Significant budget savings
  • Suite of advanced services and much more!

Learn how a well-developed, tailored inspection plan will aid the turnaround and routine inspection activities, all while achieving maximum reliability and effective cost management.
