How To Unlock a Mechanical Integrity (MI) Program’s Highest Potential Through Digital Inspection Reporting Platforms

The (digital) future is now!

Traditional, paper-based inspection reporting processes can be time-consuming and prevent your mechanical integrity program from unlocking its highest potential.

In this presentation, MISTRAS Group will discuss how digitalising your inspection process can raise and maintain the quality of inspection data and programs.

Compared to traditional, paper-based methods, digital data reporting helps inspection and maintenance management personnel make more informed and timely decisions on their assets. Digital reporting combined with optimised scheduling allows plant personnel to stay ahead of regulatory compliance deadlines by executing work according to due dates and asset proximity, providing real-time notification of delays and inspection anomalies, and delivering up-to-the-minute key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports.

This presentation will discuss how digitising inspection reporting &and scheduling helps to:

  • Eliminate manual data entry.
  • Ensure use of standardised reporting templates.
  • Promote scheduling best practices, enabling your team to focus on higher-value tasks.
  • Allow inspection, maintenance, and reliability teams to communicate and oversee third-party contractor tasks like insulation, scaffolding, blasting, painting, and coating.

Join MISTRAS Group at this virtual conference to learn how digital reporting solutions can enhance your plant’s mechanical integrity program.
